Piedmont Food Processing Center - Orange County Center

Orange County Government maintains a management agreement with Piedmont Food Processing Center (PFPC) in Hillsborough, NC, to manage a facility that contains commercial kitchen space, inspiration, and support for local food entrepreneurs.

PFPC serves as a comprehensive resource for food entrepreneurs in the Piedmont. It offers not only kitchen space and equipment, but also guidance on starting and growing food businesses. Farmers can also use the facility to produce value-added products. With a track record of launching over 400 food products, PFPC empowers entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into successful ventures.

PFPC serves a multi-county region including Orange, Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Guilford, Johnston, and Wake Counties.
