The Orange County and Alamance County Family and Consumer Sciences Department will be offering "The Basics of Food Preservation" in June. The classes are free. The "Canning College" classes will be offered in June and July at different locations. The cost is $30 per class. Today there are a wide array of fashions, designs, colors, and accessories to choose from in order to put together a fashionable look. Knowing how to put together a look that is appropriate for one’s figure type, age, personality, and lifestyle may be challenging. The program, “Presenting Your Best Self”, will provide tips, techniques, and strategies to help you present your best self through the use of color, accessories, and clothing design features. The program will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 3:30 pm in the Food Lab of the Environment and Agricultural Center, located at 306 Revere Road in Hillsborough.
