February 2 – Controlling Pesky Pantry Pests Pests can infest certain foods in the home. Let’s talk about those troublesome critters and how to control them.
March 2 – Eat Seasonally: Root Vegetables Early spring in North Carolina means an abundance of root vegetables. Together, we will learn how we can enjoy these local, seasonal, nutritious delights.
April 6 – Adjusting to A Fixed Income When your household’s income changes due to retirement, job loss, or even illness, it is frequently hard to adjust. Hear tips for how to deal with a change in your income.
May 4 – Sleep Like Your Life Depends On It Sleep affects many parts of our lives, from our mental health to our physical state. We will talk about its importance in your everyday life.
June 1 – Family Fun Challenge Let’s talk about ideas to be involved and enjoy this summer with children.
